I have a Samsung S20, which does not work properly. It loses power  very quickly and continuously switches itself on and off. I have tried all the recommended tips to address it, including a factory reset. I suspect it is a fault in the phone. Any suggestions?

You can contact Samsung for warranty repairs https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/contact/

or If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this.
