Just returned from latest trip to USA. Was never able to use 4g at all this time. Previous 3 trips this year were no problem. This is unacceptable as had no contact with family when outside wifi areas. Am considering cancelling contract. Anyone else had problems?

Yes, there are quite a few recent threads on this.

Live chat have been telling people that there is a known problem currently in USA.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
