Poor 3G coverage on Samsung Galaxy Note

Anonymous
Not applicable

Does anyone else have a problem getting a 3g signal? I live in Edinburgh and rarely get a 3G signal. If a 3G signal does appear on my phone it never stays available for more than 2 or 3 seconds. It just changes straight back to H or H+.

Just looking for any adivice before I trot along to the O2 shop.

You should have a good connection with that, as long as your phone works with HSPA+.

Nah, it's always like this. It's not just at home, it's all the time, no matter where I seem to be.

If you receive an H signal on average then that means you have pretty good reception. You can set your phone to use 3G (WCDMA) only in the Network options. Alas at the expense of battery power really.
