Hi... I don't know where to find a chat or an email address to ask. The problem is that I order an Samsung s21 on 14 and there was saying that it takes 1 week to arrive. I check my order status but its still processing.

@SEEMEE There is no email address. O2 abandoned email years ago. O2's stock reporting isn't live. There are many people waiting for orders they've made because of stock shortages.

If you want to speak to customer service:
Call 202 from your mobile or 0800 032 1402 from any phone.
When it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say 'Upgrade', 'Lost/Stolen', or 'Fraud' if the suggestion above doesn't get you through.
Best time to call is 8 am.
