I have had a payment taken from both O2 and Virgin Media for my phones?

Can this be explained?

Is this SIM only or SIM and Handset?

Handset payments will still be taken by Virgin, but the airtime element has moved to O2

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
