Typically Social Media from O2 let us know of new firmwares and new phones occasionally too.

It has been reported tonight that the S4 is being rolled out in Russia and Poland. So if true to form assuming that rollout goes ok then towards end of Feb likely.

Remember to check using kies via hardware of the cable for the most up to date updates, I believe they are rolled out to that slightly before an over the air update.
