Curious if this is just me. But the pictures say it all really. 2 speed tests on H and different cell sites some 20 mile apart.

I am using a Nexus 4 but tried my wifes Lumia and she gets the same results. Now I've never had 3G before but was shocked when I saw work colleages can get 15mb+ on 3 and EE. On O2 less than half a MB

Get the o2 MyNetwork App and report the mast.

Clean and or swap out your SIM card to see if that helps is the norm advice.

Looks like an overcrowded cell tower.
Have you checked your postcode here http://status.o2.co.uk/

Hi

My 3G is not as slow as yours but I must admit is slower than I expected it to be.

H/H+ on my Samsung Note 2 is faster than 3G on my iPhone.

The Note mobile data is faster than my broadband!

My speeds can fluctuate which is pretty much the norm for me.

Be aware also that running Speed tests each eat about 40-50mb of your data allowance.

Well it shouldn't be that slow unless you are in a large city centre which is severely over subscribed....
