I have an Oppo find x5 pro on an O2 monthly plan using an esim.I need an esim smart watch

I'm not sure which make of smart watch with esim capability will work wit my current set-up. Any help would be appreciated.

Google is your friend, as to which watch will use an esim, but you will need an additional contract to use it, as you cant use the same number as is in your phone. 

Stay away from the Samsung range of watches as you will lose a lot of functionality if it works, and you will need to pay for a data plan anyway.
