I am an o2 customer however I purchased my handset from the manufacturer as it worked out cheaper. Ive had the phone for less than 2 weeks and wish to insure it with O2 as my sim only contract is with them. Is it possible?

@boron There are many ways to insure your phone. It doesn't have to be through O2, which I understand isn't all that good anyway. Many home contents policies cover phones, and many banks offer insurance too.

Also take a look here: Compare mobile phone insurance: cover under £5/mth - MSE (moneysavingexpert.com)

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2

O2 insurance help here https://www.o2.co.uk/help/digital-services/o2-insurance

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
