Solved: How do I change the O2 welcome language?

When I turn the phone on or off, the O2 welcome page is different to the language on the phone. Which setting do I go to? It's for a Samsung Galaxy phone.

As far as I know you only have the one language choice in the settings.

Anything on a startup or splash screen will be part of the phones firmware and can't be edited unless it's corrected in a phone update.

That would make sense, as I can't see an option to change the O2 welcome language in any language setting on my phone.
