Hey, I need to call o2 and talk to someone about blocking a suspicious number, so anyone know the helpline number? I googled it but multiple numbers come up

Hey thanks for the quick reply, how do I block the number? it says it's unknown number and it doesn't ring, the guy is just getting through to my voice mail.

Ah, sorry, then no you can't do it.
They must be sending a voice message direct to you.
Best to call CS to see if they can help you.
