Hi

I have recently purchased  the above phone and use 02 pay as you go.

I accidently used the internet to use my google account. I usually use the computer and only want this phone for emergencies when I am out on my own.

Plesse can you tell me if you can switch off never to allow a connection to the internet. Or do I need to go into 02 shop.

Please nothing to technical as I am 73 and not very phone savvy

@Matag

Just go into the settings app (looks like a cog wheel) and turn off the switch that says "mobile data"

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
