Disabling In-App purchases

Hello,

I am looking at how to disable o2 Billing on inapp purchases. It was very easy for my daughter to (3yrs) to activate o2 billing on sims freeplay, I have a password to protect her from purchasing via the google play store however this doesnt seem to include o2 billing.

Need to disbale o2 billing basically, i use the HTC M9

You need to call CS on 202 and ask for charge to mobile to be turned off on your account.

I still need to enter a password using O2 billing, change the play store settings for "require authentification for purchases" to always.
