Deleting Voicemail notification on Android (Samsung S4 mini)

Hi guys,

 

I have a notification saying I have new voicemail. But I do not. How can I make it go away?

I did set up my voicemail and then gave my PIN. And also tried to switch on and off my voicemail (1760/1750). Restarted my phone a couple of times. The notification is still there.

Any idea?

Call your own phone and leave a message.
When you listen to it, it should clear the other notification too.

It seems to work for everyone but the issue is, is it O2 or the phone.....my money is on O2!
