Constant Low Balance Reminders

Is there anyway of turning this notification off.  Get this kind of message throughout the day and when turning phone on in the morning it can come through about 10 times in a few minutes.

I'm on a £10.00 per month Rolling Plan and don't need to be reminded that my balance is £0.00 all the time.
