Can anyone help with new upgrade I received today which isn't connecting to the network?

Received new upgrade today and cannot connect to network.

Any ideas?

First thing, if sim is not active, is a sim swap http://swapmysim.o2.co.uk/

Turn your mobile data on in settings

Once the sim swap is done text ACTIVE to 2020, save the settings and reboot the phone.
