Please can someone explain how you can speak to o2 customer services when you place a bar on your account that doesnt even allow you to contact your own 202 number how am i meant to sort a problem out if you dont allow calls to your own number its ridiculus.

@Anonymous As well as the good advice given to you above, if you are within striking distance of an O2 store, you could call in and ask if they could call customer service for you. They won't be able to resolve your account issue in store, but at least you could speak to cs from there.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2
