I cant get my Samsumg phone to charge above 92%

Can anyone help please ?

I turned phone off and on

Googling say take battery out i cant its built in 😂

If you go into the Samsung Members App there is a facility to do self checks on the phone. One is to check the health of the battery

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

I dont believe it sent this after struggling since last night and phone now on 94% awkward sod it is 🤣

Hope its going to get to 100 now

There is a setting to stop the battery charging fully as this isn't always a good idea to do so.

Check the battery settings in the phone settings menu.
