Accidental damage to samsung s21 plus.

Daughter accidently dropped her phone earlier today. Screen protect was on so no visible damage. Then tonight started flashing at bottom of screen and now completely blank even tho phone switched on. It is insured but cant seem to find out where to go and she cant even ring them. Any advice please

It's only insured if you're paying insurance for it.

You will have a bolt on in your MyO2 if so.

If not, check house contents or bank accounts for cover or contact Apple for a quote to repair https://www.apple.com/uk/retail/geniusbar/
