I am off to the USA shortly and need 4G calling I understand. My Samsung s10e is capable of 4G but this does not show under network mode.  In MyO2 I cannot find a link to add 4G as a service and following the guide to check my EME1 number this confirms my phone is 4G calling enabled.

Please advise, Thanks, Murray

Looks like you should contact customer service to enable it on your account – message them on Social Media if that works best for you -on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) or call on 202 or 0344 809 0202

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
