Hey there HTC One M7 users,

You may have noticed my thread here a week or two ago about the HTC One M8 getting the 4.4.3 update? We’ve heard the grumbles from the M7 folk, but have no fear – you have not been forgotten as you too can now grab the latest update which is now rolling out over the air.

Go grab it now and let us know how you get on and if you notice any improvements.

It's just a pity that HTC are only on 4.43 when Sony and Samsung are on 4.44.....

Something to keep in mind with these 'point' updates is that, and this is just an example - one vendor may be deeper into 4.4.3 development than another, so it could be easier for some vendors to focus on 4.4.4 (if they weren't far into 4.4.3 development) than others.

This is a purely ficticious example:

Vendor A - Has been working on 4.4.3 development for Phone X for 5 weeks. 4.4.4 was sent to them by Google 1 week ago, and a full development and testing cycle may take 6+ weeks

Vendor B - Has been working on 4.4.3 development for Phone Z for 1 week. 4.4.4 was sent to them by Google 1 week ago, and a full development and testing cycle may take 8 weeks

- It would make a lot of sense for Vendor A to commit themselves to finishing and then release their 4.4.3 update, and would make sense for Vendor B to abandon 4.4.3 development and switch focus to 4.4.4

RADIO version (Baseband version) is a string number like: 4A.22.3263.28 10.38r.1157.04L and can be found in Settings / About / Software information / More

  Thank you very much pals!
