02 Mobile billing to google Play

Hi all,
So I'm having trouble charging bill to mobile via google play purchasing, I have rang them to see if there is a problem and they said it should be fine, I have paid my bill early aswell, so just was wondering if anyone else is having similar issues

Sounds like an issue with Google Play, I would make contact with Google and ask their support.

It could also be a spend cap on your o2 account, as well, not sure if you have called o2 but they can be contacted on 202

I work in IT as an Enterprise Messaging and Collaboration Tools Administrator (Office 365, Slack and much much more) and manage hardware both Mobile and Desktop / laptop, my desk is a bit like PC World
