Call merging on S4

Hi Guys I cant merge calls on my s4 I press the button but it says cannot conference call been on to o2 and apparently they don't know what I'm asking for any ideas?

Just need to ask the to set up conference call access in the services should be all thats required not all advisors may know of this possibly

Yes, it needs activating on your account - Not sure if its only available to business accounts though. I know that conference calls aren't allowed but call merging is - Not sure what the difference is though.....?

Thanks Perksie but im not trying to do a confrence call just merge the two calls I have dialled from my handset

I don't think you can do that on O2, at least I've never heard of it being done.
