Hi, I have visited the o2 store today to check what they can do about my device which is not working correctly. I have checked on my o2 about warranty and yes my phone got it. In shop first they told me it’s not then they find out it is. Recommend to send my phone to repair but they said I have to provide myself another device until it’s repaired. It’s not very good isn’t it? I’m with o2 since 2008 pay my bills every month and when the phone they provided for me goes wrong I have to replace until it’s get repaired? Guys you could do better…

@Frankreche

Speak to Apple.

They will repair while you wait or replace it on the spot if it's covered by warranty.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

Your best bet is to try Apple and see if they can help @Frankreche as o2 repair service does not have a great reputation....
