Hello I was mugged at the end of last month. I reported it to the police as my phone and bankcard was stolen. I also reported it to O2 and my phone insurance which is through my bank. In order for me to get a new phone I have to provide my bank phone insurance with proof of purchase. I have been contacting O2 to get this document almost every day from the 29th of March. I’ve made countless complaints, I’ve even asked for it to be sent in the post! As I keep getting the same response I’m so sorry. I we will request it again for you, it will take 24 hours for the email to be sent’ I don’t know what else to do?

Check my O2 and see if your insurance is showing as a bolt on. You may also find it on the last page of this guide Guide: How do I get to the 'Download Bill' page? You can print it off as a pdf file
Other than that, I'll ask one of our account advisors @O2Waqas to see if he can help.
