I ordered my upgrade on 4th October, it said that it can take up to 3 weeks due to stock issue.
It's been 4 weeks now, I've tried to contact o2 to ask when their due the stock and when I am gonna get my new phone and they always busy and don't answer.
doesn't anyone have info?
I would literally drive to pick it up at this point.

There are wider supply issues with the iPhone 14 @Hollie22 - Apple are prioritising their own customers/orders so there is a limited number of handsets being sent to networks.
You're best bet is to contact the sales team as they can help you with that – message them on Social Media -on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)
