So i need pay my bills for oculus 3 and i had email if i dont pay i will need pay all together but i cant pay because on my O2 app doesn’t showing anything to pay and when i called on the number some guy from india not able understand my telephone number when i telling him my number like in school one number each time, hi transfer my call on some other number and hi said “you can waiting over 30m” so i hang out and i tried to call again and this automatic system told me i have nothing to pay i just don’t understand how can i pay my bill if i am not able to do it

Use the specific Payment management number 0800 902 0217
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
