Hi all

I have been advised via customer services that I can now connect to a virgin media 5g hub/hotspot.

I have one local to me but it requires password access, how do I get access?

PLEASE DON'T SAY PASSWORD..

The customer service adviser said that my device does not need to send a password as I'm using the O2 network, is this true?

And how best do I get access to 5G as O2 don't supply it where I live.
