contract at amend but can't pay my last bill and have been sent two different totals have tried for

Contract has ended on the 29th Feb informed o2 did not want to continue .

Have been sent two bills so don't know which is correct and have spent 4 hours trying to call you ,two hours trying to resolve on your web sight and went into your shop to sort out but they could not help and tried to phone you but after an hour of waiting gave up as they were busy. I need to know how much I owe and how do I pay . Please do not tell me to call you or go on your web site. My telephone number is (REMOVED)
