esim on Samsung s23

Hello,Can anyone help. I am interested in purchasing the Samsung s23. As I will be moving to Saudi Arabia next year will I be able to use the ESIM here (Saudi number) and then revert back to my UK SIM when back in the UK and vice-versa? ThanksBecca
