Why is it so difficult to find my final bill Amount? What fraud is o2 up to?

simple. I just want to know what my final bill will be if I end now. 4 hours later and after following all the online instructions I still dont know how to find the amount. I guess this must be some sinister trick to stop customers from leaving. Really sad to see this low level of ethics.
