Solved: Virgin handset

Hi does anyone know who I can contact about finding out how much I owe on my virgin handset because since moving over to 02 (not my choice) but no one is able to help!

02 are saying it’s not them and virgin are saying the same! I’ve spent a week so far chasing and none the wiser!

Device plans stayed with Virgin so it's definitely Virgin you need to speak to.
