My 24mth device plan has come to an end. When I look at my O2 app it says I'm eligible for an upgrade. When I press to see my upgrade options, it tells me I can only upgrade my sim and would have to wait 5mths and 30days before I can upgrade my phone!
I was just wondering if anyone knew why???

Once your device plan is paid up you can upgrade at any time
Looks like you should contact the sales team as they can help with that – message them on Social Media if that works best for you
