For some Reason O2 have taken to not taking the monthly direct debit from my account!
Then any acces to be able to pay it is in perfect timing unavailable.
This ends up meaning my bill is unpaid and then the *bleep* add on money to my bill for "late payment"!

You need to give customer services a call Guide: How to find help & contact O2

We have no accessto your account so only they can sort it.

Although DD is the best way to pay, there are others if needed  Guide: How to Pay Your Bill (Contract)

You need to find out why your DD failed.

Have you spoken to your bank about it?

Do O2 have your correct details?

Have you checked to see if it's been cancelled, etc.....?

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
