Two weeks ago I decided to upgrade with two months left on my contract, anyway noticed I had the wrong address on my account, after speaking to 02 six times they failed every time to update my address, strangely my wife managed it within 10 mins, was then sold a new contract and after signing up the agent said she couldn’t change my address, made up an email to get the sale which left me without the four digit code to collect in store! Tried to cancel in the end to be told I would have to call in a weeks to time check if O2 had cancelled my new contract! Can’t wait now to switch networks, been with O2 for years… no more 😡
