Hi. I am purchasing a new phone and contract online. I wish to transfer my number over from Vodafone. Still, as technically I am already an O2 customer (I pay for my daughter's contracts), the only option it is giving me is to upgrade an existing number or get a new number. Do I get a new number and then, once the phone arrives, request this number to be changed to my old one?

Don't worry about providing the PAC when ordering @sparkles83 as o2 seems terrible at doing anything with it.
Wait until everything arrives and then follow the process in the guide above.
