Has anyone else been missed sold a product and if so how did you resolve it? Virgin and O2 I’ve joined forces to offer vault benefits. Virgin told me that my allowances were double and that I could share my data if I gave them my son‘s phone number. Now O2 are telling me that’s not possible and I have to go on a long waiting list to complain against virgin. Anyone else able to share their data? Unfortunate can’t leave O2 as I’m on a contract to go with one of the great companies that do this anybody found a way around it. It’s ridiculous you can have unlimited data and not share it on a family plan I think this is the only mobile company not doing it

@KH591

Virgin have told you rubbish.

The only way to share data on O2 is via your hotspot.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
