Hi everyone,

I found this article on an amazing invention I had never heard of before, and thought you might be interested as well! nerd

A young inventor got inspired by his niece to create smart gloves that can translate sign language into speech. Called Sign-IO, the gloves process what's being signed through flex sensors placed on each finger, and are linked to an app via Bluetooth that turns it into speech. They have already won an award, and the inventor is currently working on perfecting the gloves and the app.

Have you heard of any other cool tech helpful for hearing impairment or sign language? Can you think of anything else that doesn't exist yet but would be really useful as well?

Looking forward to your comments! smiley
