Hi, I recently made an insurance claim for a lost phone with O2 insure. I was wondering if you can still do the switch up with a replacement phone after an insurance claim? I asked in an O2 store and the guy said no because the serial number on the phone would be different from the original phone. But when I looked on the O2 site it says you can still do switch up with a replacement phone.

Switch Up generally seems to be poorly understood by staff in many O2 stores, sadly. Keep all paperwork or emails. Good luck!
