Hi,

How do I speak to an O2 customer rep online without going through social media?

Before there was a 'Chat with us' box that would appear on the website - I can't find it.

It appears if you go to the O2 shop during normal hours, 8am to ca 8pm, @just-me.

It also appears, offering a WhatsApp option at times, in MyO2 app under Support - Start a conversation.

Using my PC running Firefox I have found the same data boltons for use abroad

@Cleoriff is correct: Chrome on Android in the screenshots above.

Sometimes Chrome on PC - but not for the rest of this week, as I'm out and about in forrin' parts 🤣
