I can’t log into the o2 app and I’m trying to add the bolt travel things but it’s saying I don’t have an account

You and hundreds of others. O2 have completely failed on a system update.

You can try https://accounts.o2.co.uk/signin but I doubt that will work.

Which bolt on do you want?

You can use the O2 Travel Bolt On, which gives you unlimited minutes, texts and data for just £6 a day. You can opt-in to O2 Travel by texting TRAVEL to 23336. You’ll only be charged for the days you use it.
