Hi, pay for my daughter's phone. It is on a volt tariff. I upgraded it and the upgrade kicks in on 16 Feb. She has c10gb of data available but cNnot access it via roaming in Austria, even though it says roaming is active. How can I get her data? Thanks

Some things to try:
1 - Reboot phone. (or toggle airplane mode).
2 - Manually search for a different network
3 - If using an iPhone, change data apn to "mobile.o2.co.uk"
4 - Turn off 4g (use 3g)
5 - Check with O2 for any roaming bars.
