Am i eligible for the switch to if on a refresh contract? Also 11month into a 36 month contract, reading through related posts i am curious about the discount offer? I cant really apply the options of what the iphone 12 has to offer, is there an option to downgrade?

You need to be in a Switch Up tariff, or have the Switch Up Bolton (restricted to certain phones and tariffs) in order to avail of Switch Up, @Glightning
