I've received my new O2 sim card and its not active how do I do this on the app please?

Whay did you need a new sim?

If it was due to lost, stolen or a failure of your old one, you can message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this.

If it's to replace an older sim and you still have a working one, you can do a sim swap to activate the new one Guide: Sim Swap: a mini guide 2017 update
