I order an iPhone 15 pro max on Friday 12th January at 17:45pm and it is now Thursday 18th. My order status is on “confirmed” however the website says I should receive it the following Tuesday or Wednesday and I have not. I’ve attempted to talk to the AI but it was no help, there’s no email either, I don’t have time to call for most of the day.
