Paid of device plan they took money but still asking for it

Hi I have paid my device plan of so I can upgrade early, but still can't do nowt as they still want the money yet its showing on my account they have taken it so I'm not paying again

Some recent direct debits have failed.

You can get in touch with Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217 who’ll confirm for you.
Payment Management opening hours:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

I suggest that you contact your bank and get the unique transaction identification number for your payment. It will probably be a sixteen digit number. 

 

You will need to provide O2 with that number so that they can trace your remittance.
