Order stuck on processing

Ordered 2 devices on Saturday for next day delivery. Order never arrived and system says processing it’s Monday now and still processing and expected delivery date was yesterday. 
multiple calls to customer services and nobody can help just I may have to wait 3 days. 
Have now been advised the technical team will look into it but will take 10 days! Will cancel it unless anyone has any suggestions? Surely it can’t be so difficult to order in stock devices.

Looks like you should contact the sales team as they can help with that – message them on Social Media if that works best for you -on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)

Thanks I did contact them several times but they weren’t much help. I asked them to cancel the order but was told it was erroring so they have raised a query. 
I have placed a new order but looks like the same issue is happening. 
the tracking page makes no sense. It says “the delivery date has changed see below” but the date below is the same as it was. 
Doesn’t look like this will get resolved, obviously some tech issue that won’t get dealt with before the holidays.
Just wondered if anyone was having similar issues.

I'm having the same problem. I returned my faulty phone on the 19th of April, next day tracked postage and i am still waiting for my replacement. I have contacted o2 on so many occasions having repeat the whole story over and over, and still I am waiting. Been stuck on processing since 30th April, 02 customer service is disgraceful.

You need to persevere with contacting O2. Unfortunately, this is a customer to customer community so we cannot access your account or do anything to remedy the problem.

 

Could I suggest that you message O2 on social media ? That team is UK based and has a reputation for solving problems. You can reach them on :-

It might take 48 hours for the social media team to engage with you. Do send them reminders during this time, so as to catch their attention.
