Between the dates above their was no 4G coverage at this location and very poor phone coverage ,will l get a rebate off both of my devices on my account

@kennethlewingt5 O2, along with all of the other networks, do not guarantee 100% uptime. You can call customer service on the numbers @jonsie has provided, but any rebate will be discretionary and will depend on the person who answers your call.
