hi my o2 network has not been working all day..I cannot contact anyone or send text messages to anyone..I turned the phone off and on again and still not working..could you please send me a new SIM card as soon as possible with the same contact number

We cannot send you a new SIM as this is a customer to customer community with no access to accounts. You will need to contact O2 to request one if the advice in those guides does not get you up and running again :-
