I am having issue with my upgrade spoken to someone on chat and on customer service but still have no answers or resolution anyone have any ideas apart from cancelling all contracts and finding somewhere better

The opening times are:

Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm

Saturday – 8am to 6pm

Sunday – 9am to 6pm

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

You don't state what the issue actually is.

If you are looking for help or advice with regard to an upgrade, a visit to anO2 retail store might be worth considering :-

However, if you have already upgraded and have a problem, then that might not lead to resolution. 

What problem are you trying to address ?
